Cosy Berlin

Cosy Berlin is a 14 day Program at the Y Berlin at Moos, near Treptower Park. During all the days, there will be a grounding meditation and body activation sessions, a daytime community hang out, and evening music and dance experiences.
It will culminate in the Cosy Berlin Summit on 26.9.-29.9., an un-conference that explores methods and practices to make the world a more cosy place.
All of Cosy Berlin is intended to be both a regenerative retreat as well as a chance to find motivated collaborators, generate new insights, and build deep, lasting connections.
The overarching goal is to nurture our capacity for cooperating sincerely, which is what cosy stands for.
Join as an interactive participant, a content contributor, or a supporting volunteer.

You can join for the whole journey, or for any number of days. Every day’s program is framed by our Daily Grounding Structure of session that help with preparation and integration of what we learn and discover together.
